How do I add fields to the Issue Fields (To Appear in ALL issues)?
With Issue customisation you can add fields on the right side to all your issues to track additional info.
To add fields to the right side of all your Issues:

Create the fields you would like to use; go to How do I create a field? to learn how

Once you have created your fields, go to “Issue customisation” on the menu

Under Issue fields, click the button “Add fields to issue layout”

Select the fields you want to add to all your issues; the selected fields will now show on the right side of all your Issues; example screenshot below
- The fields will show in the order you have added them; to reorganise your fields, you can drag and drop them by clicking on the two horizontal lines next to the fields in Issue customisation.

Added a field by mistake? No worries, you can remove it by clicking on the incorrect field, then the button “Remove field from issue layout”. Please note this will affect all issues, including the ones for which an answer has been given.
