How do I change my automation?

Follow the next steps to edit an automation:

  1. Go to System and click on Automations

  2. Select the automation you want to change

  3. You can change the name of the automation
  4. You can change the recipient of the action
  5. And you can change the conditions:
  6. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

  • Changes in the automations will only affect new issues.
  • Make sure to double check the changes as these will be immediately activated.
  • If the changes in the first conditions affect the following ones (for example, if you change the Channel and the new one doesn’t have the same Reporter Intake form), the remaining fields will be emptied. You will not be able to save the changes until all fields are filled in.
  • You can not make changes to the “action”.
