How do I delete a role?
Once a role has been created, it cannot be deleted. However, you can hide both pre-defined roles and custom roles you've created, so they no longer appear when assigning roles to users.
To Hide a Role:
- Go to ''Access Management''
- Click on “Roles"

Select the role from the list you wish to hide

Click "Edit"

Disable the toggle labeled “Show Role”
- Confirm the changes on the pop-window
- This change won't affect access of users or groups where this role is currently applied. So, the role will still show for the the users or groups it was assigned to in the past.
- To “unhide” the role, you can re-enable the toggle “Show role”.
