How do I enable/disable Multi-Factor Authentication?
To enable MFA, you will need to download an authenticator app first.
To enable MFA for yourself:
-
Click on your account icon on the top right corner of the page
-
Click on “User settings”
-
Click on the switch button to enable (or disable) MFA
-
In case of enabling, a new window will pop up, requesting you to scan the QR on your authenticator app; enter the 6-digit coder from your authenticator and click on “Verify”
To disable MFA for other users:
-
Go to “Access management” on the menu and go to “Users”
-
Select the User you wish to manage
-
Click on the “Disable MFA” red button; please note that the user will have to go through the setup process again to re-enable it.
A user can disable MFA for themselves. An Administrator can also disable MFA for other users.
