How do I enable/disable Multi-Factor Authentication?

To enable MFA, you will need to download an authenticator app first.

To enable MFA for yourself:

  1. Click on your account icon on the top right corner of the page

  2. Click on “User settings” from the dropdown menu

  3. Click on the MFA tab to enable (or disable) multi-factor authentication settings

  4. In case of enabling, a new window will pop up, requesting you to scan the QR on your authenticator app; enter the 6-digit coder from your authenticator and click on “Verify

 To disable MFA for other users:
  1. Click on the Settings on the top right corner
  2. Go to “Access management” on the menu and go to “Users

  3. Select the User you wish to manage

  4. Click on the “Disable MFA” red button; please note that the user will have to go through the setup process again to re-enable it. 

A user can disable MFA for themselves. An Administrator can also disable MFA for other users.
