When you receive a new message from a Reporter you can see in the ''Report'' section below the reporter's message the file shared by the Reporter. It's also possible to download it; as shown in the image below.
The “Documents” section can be found below the “Report” section of an Issue. The section will show all documents sent by the Reporter and uploaded by the User(s).
All documents of the Issue can be downloaded individually or all at once using the “Download all” button. When downloading a document, we strongly advise to store it in a safe place as it may contain sensitive information.
