How do I know if a Reporter has sent a document?
The “Documents” section can be found below the “Messages” section of an Issue. The section will show all documents sent by the Reporter and uploaded by the User(s). All documents of the Issue can be downloaded individually or all at once using the “Download all” button. When downloading a document, we strongly advise to store it in a safe place as it may contain sensitive information.

Documents added by a User may be deleted
