How do I delete a reply template?

To delete a pre-configured reply template:

  1. Click on the Settings on the top right corner
  2. Go to “System” on the menu and click on “Reply templates”
  3. Click on the reply template you want to deletereply edit
  4.  Click on 'Delete reply template'

  • This action will be logged in the system.

  • Deleting the template will not affect existing issues that have already used it.
