How do I delete a reply template?

To delete a pre-configured reply template:

  1. Click on the Settings on the top right corner
  2. Go to “System” on the menu and click on “Reply templates”
  3. Click on the reply template you want to deleteEdit Reply
  4.  Click on 'Delete reply template'
     Delete Reply
 

  • This action will be logged in the system.

  • This action will not affect the existing issues that previously utilised this template.
