How do I delete a reply template?

The following article explains how to delete a pre-configured template

To delete a reply template:

  1. Go to “System” on the menu and click on “Reply templates”
  2. Click on the reply template you want to delete
  3.  Click on 'Delete reply template'
     
 

  • This action will be logged in the system.

  • This action will not affect the existing issues that previously utilised this template.
