How do I delete an Issue type?

Issues types cannot be deleted in our system, as this design helps maintain transparency and accountability. For example, auditors expect reports to be carefully managed, and this approach ensures that all reported concerns are properly documented. If you have a test report, we recommend closing it and marking it as a test case instead.
