How do I disable a Channel?
To disable a Channel:

Go to “Access management” on the menu and go to “Channels”

Go to the relevant Channel
- Click on the red “Disable channel” button; a warning window will pop-up; click on “Disable” again to finalise
Disabled channels will always remain visible in your overview.
Disabling a Channel cannot be undone. When you disable a Channel, reporters can no longer use the web URL or the app (QR code) for the Channel anymore to leave new messages. Reporters can also no longer use the organisation code to leave a message through the phone line.
