To extract raw data

Go to “System” on the menu, then go to “Export”

Click on the tab “All Data (.zip)”

Click on the button “Create export”. The system will start preparing the export

When the export is ready click on “Download”
- You will then get a warning regarding the sensitive nature of the data; click on “Ok, Download” to complete the process.
- This feature might not be enabled on your system.
- Only an administrator can extract raw data from the system.
- The data is spread in multiple folders. The excel file with all details has several tabs – one for each group of data with unique IDs. Data mapping is required if you wish to have one overview of all matching data.
- The export will contain all data within the system, even the Issues that a user does not have access to. Due to the sensitive nature of the content, this action will always be logged. You will be able to see who and when created the export under “Logs.” An email notification will also be sent to all Administrators to inform when an export has been created.
