How do I edit translation of the text on the Privacy policy?
The text on the Privacy policy will, by default, be translated into the language the reporter chooses. However, you can also edit the translation.
To edit translation for the text on the Privacy Policy:

Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels”.

Click on the relevant Channel name.

Click on the “Privacy Policy” tab.

Then click on “Edit translation”
- Select the language option you would like to edit from the dropdown menu under “Translated text”, and then update the translated text box.
- Click on “Update translations” to save the change.
If you select languages from the dropdown menu that do not support machine translation, the translated text box will remain empty, and the original English text of your Privacy Policy will be available for reporters.
You can manually add your customised translation into the translated text box so it will be available for Reporters when they select these languages.
