How do I enable and configure the AI digital agent?
This feature might not be available on your system. To enable this feature, first, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
SpeakUp's AI digital agent, Sienna, allows reporters to interact and have a conversation while leaving a misconduct report. Your organisation can configure the AI agent to streamline intake, provide policies and have a more comprehensive report. In addition to our other AI features it simplifies case handling and workflows for your teams.
To enable and configure your AI digital agent:
- Go to ''Settings'' on the top right corner of your system
- Go to ''System'' in the left hand menu and click on the ''General'' tab
- Click the grey toggle ''Allow reporting via AI digital Agent''
- Once the toggle has been enabled it will turn green as confirmation
- Go to ''Access'' and click on Channels
- Select the Channel where you want to add and configure Sienna Voice Agent
- Once enabled the toggle will turn green and the legend will say ''Enabled''.
- Click on ''Configure Sienna'' for more options
- Sienna's configuration will appear on the right side. You can add a Policy (optional field) and you can choose if Sienna should present to reporters as preferred or if it's the reporters choice (either talk to Sienna AI or leave a voice message).
- Click on ''Save changes'' to confirm your choices.
