How do I enforce MFA for all users?
Users with Administrator rights can enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all system users, enhancing security and protecting sensitive data. Administrators can also view each user's MFA status in the user overview, providing better insight into account security across the organisation.
How do I enforce MFA

In the left-hand menu, navigate to “System” > “Configurations”

Open the Security tab and click green button labeled “Enforce MFA”.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm your action by clicking “Enforce MFA”.
Once enabled, all users will be required to set up MFA the next time they log in.
How to change it back to optional

In the left-hand menu, navigate to “System” > “Configurations”

Open the Security tab and click the red button labeled “Make MFA Optional”.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm your action by clicking “Make MFA optional”.
