How do I know which User(s) have access to an Issue?

To see which User(s) have access:

  1. Go to “Issues” on the left hand menu and click into the relevant Issue
  2. Click on “User access” on the top of the page; you will be redirected to a new page called “Access

  3. On this section, you will see which users have access to the system:

    1. The section “Users with access” displays the Users with access to the Issue.

    2. The section “Groups with access” shows the Group(s) with access to the Issue. All users of the group will have access to the Issue.

  4. The column “Roles” shows which role(s) each user has for the specific Issue. Screenshot 2025-03-06 at 11.46.01

     

If the role of the user is colored green, it indicates that the user has access to the Issue at the Issue level. If the box is colored grey, the user has access at the Domain level.
