How do I manage access for disclosure submissions Channels on the Employee Hub?

To give a user access to a disclosure submission channel on the Employee Hub:

    1. Go to "Settings" on the top right corner of your system and click on "System'' on the left hand menu
    2. Click on "SpeakUp Hub" and select the channel name you created and want to edit.
    3. An editing section will appear on the right side

    4. Choose the visibility:
      1. Don't Show in Hub: Hides the channel from the Employee Hub
      2. Show to everyone: Makes the channel visible to all employees with system access
      3. Show to group(s): Limits domain access to selected groups with assigned users (How do I add a user to a group ?)
    5. Choose an Icon for the Channel on the Employee Hub view
    6.  Click "Save Changes" to confirm your choices
