How do I manage access for disclosure submissions Channels on the Employee Hub?
To give a user access to a disclosure submission channel on the Employee Hub:
- Go to "Settings" on the top right corner of your system and click on "System'' on the left hand menu
- Click on "SpeakUp Hub" and select the channel name you created and want to edit.
- An editing section will appear on the right side
- Choose the visibility:
- Don't Show in Hub: Hides the channel from the Employee Hub
- Show to everyone: Makes the channel visible to all employees with system access
- Show to group(s): Limits domain access to selected groups with assigned users (How do I add a user to a group ?)
- Choose an Icon for the Channel on the Employee Hub view
- Click "Save Changes" to confirm your choices
