How do I order columns in the Issues overview?

In addition to customising the Issue overview How do I customise the Issues overview table?, you can also set the display order for the columns within the table. A common best practice is to filter text-based columns first before applying filters to numerical columns.

By default, the 'Last updated' column will be selected until you customise this view.

How do I sort the ID column?

  1.  Click the 'ID' column to sort into either descending or ascending order:

How do I sort the ID column in combination with another?

  1. Click on a text based column(s). In the screenshot example below, we selected 'Domain' and 'Assignee'.
  2. Click the ID column in either descending or ascending order.

Make sure there are no existing filters in the columns that might be affecting the sorting.
