How do I reply to a Reporter's message?
To reply to a message:

Go to “All Issues” on the left hand menu and click into the relevant Issue

Expand the “Report” section and type your response in the ''Reply” box.

The Reply box informs you of the language you are replying in; by default it's in English.
- You can see the reporter's original language and change your reply language by clicking in the dropdown menu next to 'English'; as shown in the image below.
- Once your reply is ready you can click on ''Send''. Before submitting, if the language is translatable by machine or human translator you can choose your translation method.
- If the reporter's language is a human only language, after clicking ''Send'' in your Reply box the message will be sent to a human translator directly. You will see a note that the translation is pending. This note will update as soon as the message has been sent to the reporter.
To reply to a message using a Reply template:

Go to “All Issues” on the left hand menu and click into the relevant Issue

Expand the “Report” section and click on the 'Reply template' dropdown menu above the Reply box
- Click on the Reply template you would like to add and proceed to click ''Send''.
- If the reporter has left their report through the App and/or the Web and you have sent a translated message they will be able to read the original and translated version of the message.
