With Sienna AI enabled for intake, the reporter can have a conversation with our AI agent. Sienna will guide the reporter as they share their concerns and ask questions to have the most complete report possible.
When you receive a new report or message, Sienna will create a summary of the report and you can also read the transcription of the conversation. It's also possible to listen to the recording of the conversation if you have the 'Receives voice file' enabled- the reporter's voice is always scrambled to increase anonymity.
By default you will see the AI generated summary as shown in the image below. To view the transcription click on the three dots and click on ''View Conversation''.
After clicking on ''View Conversation'' a pop up window will appear with the transcription of the conversation. An audio file of the conversation is also available with the voice of the reporter having been scrambled.
How to reply to a message with Sienna AI:
- Within the Issue open the ''Report'' section.
- In the activity tab you can see the Reporter's message summarised by our AI agent.
- There are two sections you can use to reply to a message:
a. Use the reply box to enter your response or use a Reply template
b. Ask specific questions you want the reporter to answer when they checkback - Type a question and click ''Add''
- Enter a response in the Reply box.
- Click ''Send'' to share your response and questions(s) with the reporter.
- If you prefer for Sienna to only ask questions, you can enter your questions and click ''Add'' and then ''Send''.
- If you prefer to send only a response through the Reply box; enter your Reply or your Reply template and click on ''Send''.
