Reasons why a Message can't be processed by a human translator
The translator is not able to process the reporter's message, and you have received the following:
There are a few reasons why the reporters message can't be processed by the translation service:
- The reporter has left their message in an unidentifiable language (web/app/phone)
- The reporters voice message contains no speech OR contains only background noise (phone/app)
- The content of the report is indiscernible (web/phone/app)
- The reporter selected a local language but wrote message in English (web/app)
If you’ve received a notification stating that the message couldn’t be processed, we recommend replying to the messenger in SpeakUp and asking them to submit a new report. Be sure to remind them to select the correct options during the process.

You might want to consider creating a reply template for each scenario.
You can use reply templates only when you select “English” which will be translated after you select the translation method and send.
