Advanced automations

Cases can be (re-) routed to the right place based on key rules and pre-determined automations.

This can be configured by admin users.

Analytics dashboard updates

We’ve made a series of improvements to reporting, charting, and export capabilities to give you more control and deeper visibility into your data.

Charting improvements (pro only)

  • You can now:
    • Select legend position
    • Enable an option to show data labels on charts

Export improvements

  • Added support for CSV export of the underlying chart data
  • PNG exports now support wrapped legends for better readability

Updated color scheme

  • Implemented a new color scheme so all chart segments use unique colors for clearer visual distinction

Updated phone number - Georgia

The local Georgia phone line provider has updated their number to call for misconduct reporting. The new number is as follows: 0800 008 013

User properties expansion

We’ve expanded user properties support richer user profile data and more flexible identity management across your organization.

New user attributes

The user data model now supports the following additional properties:

  • User Type

  • Employee Number

  • Cost Center

  • Organisation

  • Division

  • Department

Configurable option lists

Administrators can define and manage option lists for:

  • User Type

  • Cost Center

  • Organisation

  • Division

  • Department

User management visibility

All new properties are available when:

  • Adding a user

  • Editing a user

  • Viewing user details

Import mapping support

When importing users, administrators can map these new properties directly from their source system, enabling seamless provisioning via SCIM or CSV-based imports.

User data export

User exports now include the extended set of attributes, making it easier to audit, sync, or report on user data across systems.

Currency support

SpeakUp now supports a new multi-currency money field type with automatic normalization to a system-configured parent currency.

What’s included:

  • New multi-currency field type available in reporter intake and issue forms

  • Supported across web, app, and phone

  • Available in overview filters, columns, and exports

  • Stores both the reported currency + value and the normalized parent currency + value

  • Parent currency configured at system level (not editable)

  • Analytics option to use normalized values

  • Automatic currency conversion via exchange rate integration

This update enables consistent financial tracking
