Custom branding
You can now apply your organisation's visual identity to the SpeakUp system. Upload your company logo and set primary and secondary brand colours to create a consistent, familiar experience for your users.
Custom branding is applied across:
- SpeakUp Hub
- Workspaces
- Settings
Issue invite list
Admins now have more control over who appears in the invite list when granting access to domains and issues. In configuration settings, admin users can define an issue invite list and assign specific users and/or groups for issue or domain access.
This keeps access management tidy and ensures the right people are always easy to find when sharing cases.
This feature is only available for SpeakUp Paths clients.
Analytics data sets
Two new data sets are now available in analytics:
- Resolution — track how cases are being resolved across your program
- Issue type — break down reporting volumes by the type of issue raised.
These additions give you a fuller view of your program's performance and help surface trends that matter for stakeholder reporting.
Search and filter enhancements
Finding the right cases just got easier with several usability upgrades:
- Quick links to saved filters — access your most-used filter views instantly.
- Issue overview in 1 click — open a case summary without navigating away from your list.
- Sticky issue overview headers — key case details stay visible as you scroll through longer records.
