Release 2609.4 adds conditional fields to issue forms and screens.

What's included:

Conditional fields in issue forms and screens

Administrators can now set up follow up questions that only appear when a specific answer is given. Forms stay shorter, and case handlers only see the questions that apply.

What's new:

  • Add conditions to issue fields, so a field shows only when another field has a chosen answer.
  • Conditions work in both issue forms and screens.
  • Available to all customers.
