SpeakUp release 2609.5

Release 2609.5 lets case managers work in their own language, and brings product announcements directly into SpeakUp.

Multilingual client interface

Case managers can now work in SpeakUp in their preferred language. Configuration and case content appear in that language, and communication with reporters is translated automatically.

What's new:

• Work in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese or Chinese, as well as English.
• Configuration and case content appear in your preferred language.
• Replies are translated into the reporter's language when you send them.
• Messages from reporters are translated back into your language.

This feature requires activation. Contact Support to learn more.

Product announcements in the application

Product updates from SpeakUp now appear inside the application, so you hear about changes where you work.

What's new:

• Announcements appear as a banner or a card in the sidebar.
• Each announcement is shown in the relevant areas of the application.
• Dismiss an announcement once you've read it.
• Revisit recent announcements from your account menu.
