Sienna can now answer questions using the full picture of a case, not just its headline data.

What's new:

• Ask about a case's history, linked issues and tasks.
• Ask about the cases a specific person is involved in.
• Charts you create with Sienna keep their filters when you save them to an Analytics view.

Sienna Insights performance and long conversations

Sienna now handles larger volumes of data and longer conversations.

What's new:

• Faster, more accurate answers to questions about large numbers of cases.
• When a conversation gets too long, summarise it and continue in a new chat with one click.
