Release 2610.4 adds User and Party fields, gives admins more control over reporter intake, and lets Sienna use skills and read case documents.

Date available: 27 October 2026

What's included:

  • User and Party fields
  • Reporter intake improvements
  • Sienna skills
  • Sienna reads case documents

User and Party fields

Record which colleagues hold a role on a case, and let reporters name the people involved.

What's new:

  • Admins can add User fields to issues, issue forms and screens.
  • Selected users appear in the issue overview, filters, analytics, exports and CSV imports.
  • Reporters can name a person in a Party field on web or app intake, choosing someone already known or adding someone new.
  • The named person is linked to the issue as an involved party automatically.

Reporter intake improvements

Admins have more control over how reporters secure and follow up on their reports, and reporters get a smoother experience.

What's new:

  • Choose per channel how reporters secure their report, including passkey sign in, optional credentials and the password rule.
  • Set the confirmation message and email notification options per channel.
  • Reporters can resume an unfinished draft and review the answers they submitted.
  • Reporters see phone numbers per country in their own language.
  • Case handlers can find a case by its report number.

Sienna skills

Save instructions you use often and reuse them in one click.

What's new:

  • Admins can save reusable instructions as skills on the new Sienna customisation page.
  • Add a skill to a question with one click, or by typing "/".
  • Sienna now opens in a chatbox that stays open as you move around the application.
  • Format your messages, rename conversations and copy Sienna's responses.

Sienna reads case documents

Sienna can now read and search the documents, attachments and emails on a case when answering questions about it. This includes scanned files, spreadsheets and Outlook messages.
