Steps to send a test Issue
There are three ways you can send a test Issue: web, app, and phone. We recommend using the web for ease. If you choose to use the phone or voice messages within the app for testing, you may incur additional transcription or translation costs, depending on if you use IA or human translation.

1 | Find the web URL and open the link | Where can I find the URL, QR code, and organisation code? |
2 | Click on “+ New Report” and follow the steps until you have clicked “Send” | How do I speak up: Reporter guide |
3 | Go to your system, click on the “Issues” tab, and open the Issue you have just sent to the system | What is the Issues overview page? |
4 | Check if the correct Users have access to the Issue | How do I know which User(s) have access to an Issue? |
5 | Fill in the relevant information | What is an Issue? |
6 | Reply to the Reporter | How do I reply to a Reporter's message? |
7 | Close the conversation with the Reporter | How do I close the conversation with the Reporter? |
8 | Close the issue; select “Test case” as the resolution | How do I close an issue & what are the resolution options? |
You can't delete an Issue. You can filter the test case out in your analytics report if you choose “Test case” as the resolution.
If you are testing with the phone or voice message on the mobile app, you may incur extra costs for transcription and translation. The reason is that voice messages could go to a third party translation agency SpeakUp work with, depending on if the translation processed is done by AI or human.
