Understanding your SpeakUp platform
The SpeakUp platform is a centralised, customisable hub for managing your organization’s reporting process.
It allows employees to submit disclosures through a single, easy-to-use portal that’s fully tailored to your internal policies, approval workflows, and team structure.
Everything—from the intake questions to the escalation paths—is configurable to fit your needs. With SpeakUp Paths, you gain smarter reporting, stronger compliance, and faster, more confident decision-making.
Employee Hub:
The employee-facing portal where users submit, track, and review disclosures or approval requests.
Here, the employees, can access the disclosures submission channels (a & c as shown in the image below) and the misconduct reporting channels (b, as shown below) through the different tiles.
Note: If an employee wants to create a report for misconduct they will be taken to a new page to proceed anonymously.
My submissions:
A section in the Hub that lets employees view and monitor the status of their open and closed submissions.
It includes two tabs:
- Open – Displays all submissions that are currently active, under review, or awaiting a response.
- Closed – Displays submissions that have been resolved and formally closed by the compliance team.
For each submission, employees can:
- View all form details they submitted
- Track the status and progress
- Review any communication or responses from the compliance or review team
- Share additional details or reply to messages
Note: employees cannot edit or withdraw submissions once they’ve been sent.
Once a submission is marked as Closed, it moves to the Closed tab. While the full record remains visible to the employee, no further communication or updates can be made at this stage.
Tip: Encourage employees to check their open submissions regularly for any pending actions or clarifications requested by reviewers.
Workspaces & Employee Hub:
Members of the organisation who are also part of investigating teams will see the Case Management section of the SpeakUp platform as well as their Employee Hub.
The Case Management section of SpeakUp is called ''Workspaces'' and it provides a centralised space to manage your organisation's misconduct and disclosures reports.
