How do I add an Issue form to an Issue?

To add a Issue form to an Issue:

1. You will need to have set up an Issue form already; go to How do I create an issue form? to learn how

2. Go to “Issues” on the left hand menu, and click on the relevant Issue

3. Scroll down to the bottom, and click on “Add form to enrich Issue”

   

4. Select the form you would like to add and click on “Add to Issue”
