How do I customise my Issue types?

By default there's a standard Issue type. To add and enable custom issue types, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

You can create dedicated Issue Types for various categories of disclosures, approvals, or reports — such as conflict of interest or human resources. This helps you to:

  • Customise submission and review workflows
  • Assign specific teams or approvers
  • Tailor questions to fit the issue context

To create a custom Issue type:

  1. Click on the "Settings" icon at the top right corner
  2. Go to “Issue setup” and click on “Issue types
  3. Click on the “Create issue type” button on the top right corner of the page

  4. Enter the details to create the Issue type

    1. Select the symbol to identify your issue type
    2. Give the name to your issue type
    3. Select an ID format from the dropdown options.
  5. Click ''Save'' to create your Issue type.
