To remove a Reporter intake form from a Channel:
- Click on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the page

In the left-hand menu, navigate to “Access” and select “Channels”

Click into the relevant Channel

Scroll down the “Reporter intake format” tab and locate the Intake form

Hover over the Reporter intake form name and click the “x” icon to remove it

Click anywhere outside the selection box to proceed. A green confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen:
