How do I remove the Reporter intake form from a Channel?

To remove a Reporter intake form from a Channel:

1. Click on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the page
   
   
   
   

2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to “Access management” and select “Channels”

3. Click into the relevant Channel

4. Scroll down the “Reporter intake” tab and locate the Intake form

   

5. Hover over the Reporter intake form name and click the “x” icon to remove it

   

6. Click anywhere outside the selection box to proceed. A green confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen
