How do I remove the Reporter intake form from a Channel?

To remove a Reporter intake form from a Channel:

1. Click on “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels”

2. Click into the relevant Channel

3. Scroll down and click on the “Reporter intake” tab

4. Hover over the Reporter intake form name and click the “x” icon to remove it

5. Click anywhere outside the selection box to proceed. A green confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen
