How do I resend an invitation email to a (new) User?

The link to activate the account is valid for 7 days. If a User doesn’t do it within this period, you can resend the email with the link.

To resend an invitation email:

  1. Click on the "Settings" icon at the top right cornerScreenshot 2025-07-21 at 13.26.19
  2. Go to “Access Management” on the menu and click on “Users

  3. Click on the relevant User

  4. Click on “Resend PasswordScreenshot 2025-07-21 at 17.17.48

This is only possible if the status of the User is “Invited.” The button is not available for enabled or disabled Users.
