How do I resend an invitation email to a (new) User?

The link to activate the account is valid for 7 days. If a User doesn’t do it within this period, you can resend the email with the link.

To resend an invitation email:

  1. Go to “Access Management” on the menu and click on “Users

  2. Click on the relevant User

  3. Click on “Resend Password

This is only possible if the status of the User is “Invited.” The button is not available for enabled or disabled Users.
