To reset the password (if you remember your password):

Click on your initials on the top right corner of the system (next to “Support”) then click on “User settings”

You will arrive at a new page; fill in your current password and fill in the new password; click on “Change password”

Test your password by logging out and then logging in again
To reset your password (if you don’t remember your password):

Go to the log in page of the system and click on “Forgot your password?”

You will be directed to a new page; fill in your email address and click on “Request password”

It the email is linked to an existing SpeakUp account, you will receive an email; follow the steps on the email to reset your password. Please check your spam inbox if necessary.
The password requirements are:
- Minimum 12 characters long
- Minimum one number (0-9)
- Minimum one uppercase (A-2)
- Minimum one lowercase (a-z)
- Minimum one special character (!@£$%^&*)
