A Reporter, whether an employee or any kind of stakeholder in your organisation, may speak up. They can leave an anonymous text or voice message through a SpeakUp Channel by using the app, the phone, or the web. The message then becomes an Issue stored in a Domain. Users who have access to the Domain can investigate the Issue and communicate with the reporter. After the investigation is finished, you conclude with the relevant sanctions as well as lessons learned.
