To add your privacy policy statement:

Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels”

Click on the relevant channel name
- Click on the “Privacy Policy” tab
- Then click on “Edit” in the “Privacy policy” Section
- Add a Display name, this will automatically be followed up by the words “privacy policy” on the SpeakUp web and app platform.
- Decide whether you want to link to a privacy policy that is already hosted online or a text that you have prepared.
a. For URL, simply add a link to a privacy policy that is accessible online
b. For Text, you have the ability to add up to 90,000 characters. The text must be written in English, for machine translation into other languages. Here’s an article to learn more about translations for “Privacy Policy” text: How do I edit translation of the text on the Privacy Policy?
- Then click “Enable privacy policy”
