How to add your Privacy Policy to reporting related pages?

To add your privacy policy statement:

  1. Click the "Settings" icon from the top right hand corner

  2. Under "Access management", click on "Channels" and select the relevant Channel

  3. Click on the “Privacy Policy” tab

  4. Then click on “Edit” in the “Privacy policy” Section
  5. Add a Display name, this will automatically be followed up by the words “privacy policy” on the SpeakUp web and app platform.

  6. Decide whether you want to link to a privacy policy that is already hosted online or a text that you have prepared.

    a. For URL, simply add a link to a privacy policy that is accessible online

  7. Then click “Enable privacy policy”
