How to enable report data in email notifications?

Enabling this feature will apply to all the users in your system.

If you wish to receive more information about new reports and new messages in your system’s email display you can activate this feature.

On your left side menu bar go to ''System'' and click on ''Configurations''.

Under the tab ''General'' click on the toggle ''Show report data in email notifications''.

By enabling this feature all the users on your system will receive the following details:

  • Issue ID

  • Channel name

  • Source (web, app or phone)

  • Reporter language

  • Received date

  • If the report was made by phone: Country of report

  • Reporter intake form fields (Field type: Option Select & Yes/No)

Although this feature doesn’t include text fields, it might have data which could potentially help identify a reporter based on other answers from your reporter intake form. Please make a well informed decision and check your internal company’s policies if this information should be available on the email notifications.
