I am experiencing difficulty downloading a file in a case
If you are experiencing difficulty while downloading a file, it is because the file is not available.
The reasons why the file is not available can be one of the following:

Incomplete Upload:
The most common cause of download issues is an incomplete file upload. This can occur if the uploader lost internet connection or refreshed the page before the file upload was completed. -
Virus security:
SpeakUp system is designed to ensure the highest level of security by scanning every file for potential viruses. If a file is found to be infected, it will be automatically deleted. When this happens, the system may not recognise the absence of the file until you attempt to download it.
We recommend the following options to troubleshoot the issue:

Reporter Re-upload:
Contact the reporter and request them to re-upload the file and ensure that they allow the upload process to complete fully before exiting or refreshing their browser. -
User Confirmation:
When you are uploading files in the system, ensure you wait for the "Add document(s)" button to finish loading. A loading circle will appear, indicating that the upload process is still ongoing. Avoid interrupting this process to ensure successful uploads.
