SpeakUp release 11.9

Indigo 11.9 makes user management faster with bulk user import and bulk invitations, and expands what you can import and edit for issues and channels.

SSO and user management improvements

The user overview now adapts to how your organisation signs in, and administrators can invite many users at once.

What's new:

  • Filters, columns and status values in the user overview match your organisation's authentication setup.
  • Send or resend invitation emails to several users at once.

Bulk import of users via CSV

Admins can now add many users at once by importing a CSV file, instead of adding and inviting them one by one.

What's new:

  • Import multiple users in one go from a CSV file.
  • Choose whether to send invitations as part of the import.

Edit the issue type on a channel

Administrators can now change the issue type linked to a channel, so mistakes made during channel setup can be corrected.

More fields in bulk issue import

CSV import for issues now supports more fields alongside issue type:

  • Received, acknowledged, closed and due dates
  • Assignee
  • Data retention date
