SpeakUp release 2609.3
Release 2609.3 introduces proxy reporting for SpeakUp Paths and automatic group matching when you import users.
Date available: 15 September 2026
What's included:
- Proxy reporting
- Automatic group matching on user import
Proxy reporting
Some people can't submit reports themselves, for example an executive whose assistant files on their behalf, or employees without regular access to a device. Proxy reporting lets a nominated person file reports and complete campaign assignments for them.
What's new:
- Admins set who can act as a proxy and who they can file for.
- The proxy switches into the other person's Employee Hub to submit reports and complete campaign assignments.
- The person represented is recorded as the reporter.
- A new "Submitted by" field shows who actually filed the report.
Note: only available for SpeakUp Paths users. Contact 'Support' to learn more.

Automatic group matching on user import
Importing users by CSV no longer means mapping every group by hand, which helps organisations with hundreds of groups.
What's new:
- Group names in your file that match SpeakUp groups are filled in automatically.
- Your group mapping is saved and reused on the next import.
- Set the column and multi value delimiters before upload, so group names containing commas import correctly.
