Exporting a case is now more flexible than before. You can customise by selecting specific sections to include in your DOCX export. This enhancement helps you tailor exports to your needs, while ensuring secure sharing and documentation of sensitive information.
Reporters can now copy and paste the Organisation Code or Report Number during the reporting process, making it quicker and easier to complete submissions. Small usability enhancements like this help foster engagement and encourage reporters to speak up.
The Link display name on the reporter home page is now automatically translated, allowing reporters to view it in their native language. Admins also have the flexibility to override translations if needed, ensuring clarity and customization.
