What is a Reporter intake form?

A Reporter intake form is a set of question(s) that you can ask a reporter before they leave a message. An example question would be “Where did this incident happen?” You can make the question mandatory for the reporter to answer. The form will appear after the reporter has selected a language and set up a password. Refer to the screenshot below for an example of a Reporter intake form (with only one question).

  • We advise against having an extensive Reporter intake form as to lower the barrier for a Reporter to speak up.

  • Only one form can be added to a Channel. Go to How do I create a Reporter intake form? to learn more.
