An Issue form is a set of field(s) that you can add to the Issue details page. For example, you may add a form called ‘Interview.’ In this form, you configure fields such as “Interviewee,” “Conversation,” and “Conclusion.” The purpose of an Issue form is to log different types of information or evidence in the Issue page.
