What is MFA?

Multi-Factor Authentication (also known as 2FA, two-factor authentication) is an authentication method that uses, in addition to a username and password, one or more tools to validate a User's identity. Due to the sensitive information within SpeakUp we advise that you enable MFA to strengthen security.

Each user can enable MFA for their own account. The users themselves or the system administrator can disable the MFA. For more information go to How do I enable/disable MFA for all users?
