Where can I find the URL, QR code, and organisation code?

In order for a Reporter’s message to be sent through the right Channel, your organisation must communicate the necessary access details to them. There are three types of access details: URL, QR code, and organisation code. The access details will direct the message to the right Channel and store the issue in the right Domain.

URL

The URL will lead reporters to the SpeakUp web.

  • To locate the URL:
    1. Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels

    2. Click into the relevant Channel

    3. Locate the URL on the right of “Channel name (url)Screenshot 2025-02-05 at 16.55.40

       

QR code

The QR code directs the reporters to the SpeakUp web. It can also be used in the SpeakUp app to connect to the right Channel.

  • To download the QR code:
    1. Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels

    2. Click into the relevant Channel

Organisation code

An organisation code is a code that is unique to a Channel. It helps direct a message to the right Channel. For example, a reporter must use this code when leaving a message via the phone line. However, by default, a reporter is not required to fill in the organisation code when leaving a message via the SpeakUp web. You may be able to make the code a requirement for the SpeakUp web. 

 
  • To locate the organisation code:
    1. Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels

    2. Click into the relevant Channel

    3. Locate the organisation code at the bottom of the Channel Information page.

    4. Under the “Customisation” tab, you can choose if reporters should introduce the organisation code before leaving a report via web. Screenshot 2025-02-05 at 17.04.34-1

Your system has been set up with a limited amount of organisation codes. If you need more, reach out to us by going to your SpeakUp account, click on “Support” on the top right corner of the page, and click on “Contact support.” We would then give you an extra code.
