You can generate two kinds of visual analytics:

Analytics graphs

An Excel file of all your Issues with analytics
To download the analytics graphs
- Go to “Analytics” on the menu and click on “Views”
- The system will show insights and graphs of the different metrics for the default date range
- *Note: If you do not want a particular item to show up on the graph, just click on its label, and it will disappear
- Click on the three horizontal lines on the graphs to download them.
Total #cases : All reports that have been created manually and through the Speak Up channels
Total #reports : All reports that have been created through the Speak Up channels
You can not see reports and graphs for domains and channels you do not have access to.
To download an Excel file of all your Issues with analytics
- Go to “Analytics” on the menu
- Select “Export” tab
- Click on “Create export;” the system will start preparing the analytics
- When the export is ready, a new button will appear; click on “Download” to complete the process
You can see when the last export was created by checking the “created on” date. In order to have the most up-to-date analytics, make sure to click on “Create export” first to create a new export.
