To archive a Domain:

Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Domains”

Go to the the relevant Domain

Click on “Archive;” if the button appears to be grey, it means the Channel(s) linked to the Domain is still active; you will need to disable it first (How do I disable a Channel?)
- Confirm the action clicking again on “Archive”
- Archived Domains will always remain visible in your Domains overview page. You cannot delete a Domain.
- After archived, the Domain cannot be renamed. If you’d like to name it clearly as ‘Archived’ or another name, please do so before archiving it.
Archiving a Domain cannot be undone!
