How do I enable/disable voice messages?
To enable reporters to leave voice messages:
- Click on the "Settings" icon at the top right corner

Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels”

Click into the relevant Channel
- Under the “Reporter Intake” tab, locate the “Messaging options” section

Switch on the option "Allow reporters to report via voice message (phone and app)". When enabled, the toggle will look green, as on the screenshot below.
To disable reporters to leave voice messages:
- Click on the "Settings" icon at the top right corner
- Go to “Access management” on the menu and click on “Channels”
- Click into the relevant Channel
- Under the “Reporter Intake” tab, locate the “Messaging options” section
- Switch off the option "Allow reporters to report via voice message (phone and app)". When de-activated, the toggle will turn grey, as shown in the image.
Voice messages are always transcribed and translated when necessary. Please note that additional costs may apply, depending on whether the transcription and translation are handled by AI or a human translator.
