How do I test if the SSO configuration is working properly?
If you enable SSO, it can not be turned off. Once you have configured your SSO, you can test if your configuration is correct before enabling SSO.
To test the SSO configurations:
- Click on the "Settings" icon on the top right corner

Go to “System” then “Configurations” and click on the “Security” tab on the top of the page

- Click on “Test SSO”

A new window will open up with one of the following messages

Test failed

- Test succeeded

- After 60 seconds, the new window message will automatically change to the following

If you have updated your SSO fields, the system may need some time to register these changes. This means that, even if the information is correct, the test window may temporarily display “SSO testing failed” while the configuration is still being processed. Please wait a few minutes before running the test again.
