Overview of translation options
Machine preferred: You will be able to see machine translated messages instantly; you have the choice to use machine or human translation when replying, and also to request a human translation of machine translated message from the reporter.
Machine only: You will be able to see machine translated messages instantly; you will not be able to request human translation; Reporters will not be able to leave voice messages through the app or phone, if you don’t have the AI Speech-to-text feature enabled.
Human only: You will be able to see human translated messages as soon as the translation is finished (about 1 working day); there will be no machine translation.
No translation: You will only be able to see the original message; Reporters will not be able to leave voice messages through the app or phone.

For text messages, you can choose to send your reply with machine or human translation; For voice messages: - You don’t have the feature AI Speech-to-text enabled: The transcription and voice recording of your replies will use human translation only; - You have AI Speech-to-text enabled: You can choose to send your reply with machine or human translation. |

*Machine translation is not available for all languages. The languages overview on the channel page will offer an up-to-date of the translation method possibilities for each language.
For all translated text messages, whether for the reporter or for the User, both the original message and the translated message(s) will be available.
