How do I change the status of all Issue types?

To change the status of any Issue type:

  1. Go to “All Issues” on the left hand menu and click into the relevant Issue type

  2. Click on the box on the top right corner of the page as circled in red in the screenshot below

  3. Select the available statuses from the list 

To change the status of an Issue to “Closed”, the Report itself must be closed first. How do I close the conversation with the Reporter?
