How do I change the status of an Issue?
All Issues will have “New” as the status at first. You can change the status to “In Progress” or “Closed.” To change the status of an Issue to “Closed”, the Report itself must be closed first. How do I close the conversation with the Reporter?
To change the status of an Issue:

Go to “Issues” on the left hand menu and click into the relevant Issue

Click on the box on the top right corner of the page as circled in red in the screenshot below

Select the available statuses from the list
The available statuses are:

New
-
In progress
-
Closed
